We have released a statement of solidarity to our Black community members. In this statement, we acknowledge our silence to the nation’s current events, recognize where our organization can do better, and pledge our commitment to actively fight against systemic injustices and racism. We continue working hard to meet the need in our community for resources and support regarding COVID-19. In addition to providing evidence-based information specific to adults with neuromuscular disabilities, we want to offer support that fosters meaningful connection during this time of uncertainty and fear. We hope you'll explore these resources and share them with anyone who could benefit.

Unlike many other non-profit organizations, our staff is comprised mostly of volunteers. Donations go directly to the people we serve: adults living with neuromuscular disabilities. We value your donations and put them to work!

Our organization is peer led and run by adults with NMD. We have volunteer opportunities available, local chapter events, and a variety of projects and events to attend right from the comfort of your living room. How is that for accommodating?
